Shameless Snacks is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, YouTube, Google and new channels. You will be the strategic brain behind the buying: set the plan, scale what works, cut what doesn’t, and drive contribution margin, LTV:CAC and payback, not just ROAS.

We are a remote-friendly team in the United States, with 5–7 years in performance marketing and hands-on media buying.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years in performance/growth marketing, including hands-on media buying
• Strong to expert hands-on experience in Meta, TikTok and AppLovin
• Track record of scaling e-commerce direct-response ad accounts profitably
• Strong understanding of creative strategy and testing
• Active use of AI in media buying workflows
• Knowledge of unit economics: CAC, LTV:CAC, payback
• Leadership experience, managing people or agencies

Aufgaben

• Paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, YouTube and Google within budget
• Lead the buying team; manage the Media Buying Coordinator
• Grow spend profitably and identify channels/audiences/offers with subscribers
• Analyze ad performance and brief the creative team with insights
• Plan full funnels (ad, landing page, offer) and brief teams
• Forecast spend, channel split, and payback metrics
• Report CAC, MER, CM%, LTV:CAC and payback with weekly recommendations
• Test new channels with clear success criteria and scale what works
