Linktree is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Growth team to help millions of creators and businesses maximize value from Linktree. This role is hands-on and focuses on activation, engagement, and retention across the product, data, and design domains.

You will ship experiments end-to-end, work with cross-functional partners, and translate insights into durable product improvements. The position supports flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements and offers a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally including growth or lifecycle-focused teams.
• Strong product sense and experience running or contributing to A/B tests and product experiments.
• Solid full-stack engineering skills across the core stack including TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL or MySQL, GraphQL, AWS.
• Experience designing and integrating services and APIs within cloud-based architectures.
• Comfortable with data: SQL, data modeling, and working with data warehouses to inform decisions.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development and applying AI within product experiences.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to influence direction through evidence and technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship experiments that improve activation, engagement, and retention for users across the funnel.
• Partner with product, design, and data science to translate growth opportunities into a technical roadmap.
• Work across the growth stack including onboarding flows, in-product promotions, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Design, build, and integrate systems and APIs, including cloud infrastructure and integrations.
• Instrument and analyze product usage data to surface actionable insights for the team.
• Incorporate AI into development and product features where appropriate.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and observability of growth-related services.
• Mentor peers on experimentation best practices and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
