Job summary

Linktree is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Acquisition to own growth loops and scalable acquisition strategies. You will shape how new users discover Linktree, move from profiles to sign-up, and enter a value-driven product experience at scale.

Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Growth Marketing, SEO, Lifecycle, Activation, and leadership to craft acquisition roadmaps and measurable outcomes. A strong emphasis on experimentation and cross-functional collaboration defines this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with growth, acquisition, or product-led growth.
• Proven track record in owning large-scale consumer or SaaS growth funnels.
• Strong analytical depth in funnel analysis, segmentation, experimentation, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product-led acquisition strategy to grow new users.
• Improve profile-to-signup journey and discovery pathways.
• Develop scalable organic acquisition loops across creator networks and traffic sources.
• Lead high-velocity experimentation roadmap across acquisition surfaces.
