Job summary

Life360 is seeking a Senior Product Designer II to join the Revenue Experimentation team and drive growth through rapid, high-quality design experiments across subscription and monetization surfaces.

You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Content to translate ideas into tested hypotheses, shaping roadmap with data-driven learnings. This role embraces ambiguity and values fast, craft-focused iteration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, preferably in growth or monetization.
• Track record shipping AB/multivariate experiments in fast-paced environments.
• Able to turn loosely defined briefs into testable hypotheses using data.
• Proactive, ideas-first mindset and strong PM collaboration.
• Collaborates with engineers, data science, and content to define tests.
• Excellent organizational habits with clean, well-documented files.
• Fluent in Figma; familiarity with experimentation/analytics tools.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
• Strong visual design craft with animation skills.
• Portfolio showing experimentation, problem framing, and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and run a high volume of experiments across revenue and monetization surfaces.
• Turn briefs into well-scoped hypotheses using research/data.
• Lead experiments originating from your own ideas and partner with PMs.
• Define success metrics with Data Science and translate results into insights.
• Present concepts, learnings, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
