Job summary

Parry Labs is seeking a Senior Director, Growth SOCOM to own growth and capture for UxS and autonomy common control across the SOCOM network. This remote role focuses on open systems integration, interfaces with PEOs, and cross-enterprise engagement to win new task orders and establish Fusion as Parry Labs' flagship product family.

The candidate will lead pursuits from early conversations to awards, maintain a robust bookings target, and travel roughly 40% to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in defense business development or capture with SOCOM focus.
• Proven record of closing SOF deals and working within open systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Own SOCOM pipeline, bookings targets, and program offices.
• Expand open mission systems and C2 work across the SOF enterprise.
• Lead captures from qualification through award and price-to-win.
• Engage SOFWERX, industry events, and system integrators.
• Maintain CRM discipline and forecast bookings with travel as needed.
