Job summary

Jasper, a leading marketing AI platform, seeks a Director of Strategic Finance to own models, forecasts, and narratives that guide growth. You will report to the CFO and transform complex data into insights used by the leadership team and board to invest and scale with confidence.

You will bring rigor to planning, partnering with People and GTM, and own FP&A processes, headcount planning, and OpEx analysis in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance experience, including direct management.
• Strong track record building scalable financial systems and processes.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for executives and board audiences.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Strategic Finance team with coaching and support.
• Own and evolve FP&A processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
• Build and maintain the financial operating model with scenario planning.
• Collaborate with GTM and EPD to align plans with on-ground performance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and approvals.
• Analyze OpEx trends and contractor spend to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare materials for board and executive reporting and present findings.
