Job summary

K&A Power Group in Westwood, MA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead grid modernization programs, spanning engineering, operations, and IT. You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets across complex OT deployments for utility clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive PM experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree preferred; Project Management coursework desirable.
• 20 years related experience with at least 3 years PM experience.
• Experience managing large, complex OT projects with multiple tracks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level project management overview and direction.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for wireless/OT deployments.
• Lead Engineering, Operations, and IT teams to successful project execution.
• Develop and manage project documentation, risk registers, and change controls.
• Prepare clear status reports and communicate with management and stakeholders.
