This role leads pre-award and post-award activities, ensuring compliance and effective budget oversight. You will coordinate with faculty and ORA, prepare budgets for PI review, monitor expenditures, and contribute to closeouts and reporting to funders, while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Four years of related experience in sponsored research or financial positions.
Additional education may substitute for required experience; program completion may be substituted for experience.
Research Administration Training Program completion (13-15 months) is equivalent to two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct complex award management activities, including monitoring and audits, evaluations, and reporting.
Prepare and submit applications to federal agencies, private foundations, and industry partners; budget development and account oversight.
Ensure compliance with institutional pre-award and sponsor guidelines; review proposals for accuracy and completeness.
