Job summary

Jhpiego in Baltimore seeks a Sr. Grants and Contracts Analyst to manage end-to-end contractual actions, including awards, subawards, modifications, and compliance across the Global Awards portfolio. You will liaise with donors, federal agencies, JHU, and partners to ensure approvals, payments, and reporting.

The role requires advanced knowledge of CFRs and FARs, experience with USAID-funded projects, and strong collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, International Development or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-4 years in contracts or finance with multi-office and multi-national international development organization.
• Demonstrated experience managing USAID funded projects.
• Strong knowledge of post-award process and CFRs/FARs/OMB.
• Understanding of cooperative agreements, grants and contracts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance on USG and other donor rules and regulations, including updates and revisions.
• Collaborates with Grants & Contracts Manager to develop and negotiate contractual documents.
• Tracks funds for awards and subawards and engages with sub-contractors/grantees.
• Reviews subaward invoices and liaises with JHU to ensure payments and resolve issues.
• Assists with transition from proposal to award setup and post-award, including document review.
