• Manage full lifecycle of federal and state grants ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
• Oversee grant applications, progress reports, and documentation for timeliness and accuracy.
• Monitor grant deliverables, budgets, and reporting obligations; coordinate coding and reconciliation.
• Coordinate procurement processes including RFPs, contractor selection, and contract management.
• Prepare reports and templates 30 days before deadlines for program staff and leadership.
