Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, public administration, Native American studies, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of accounting or grants/contracts administration experience.
  • Knowledge of grants management and compliance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

  • Track, log, and maintain all funding requests related to grants and contracts.
  • Monitor grant proposals and awards to ensure compliance with terms and regulations.
  • Research external funding sources and assist in preparing renewals and reporting.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and analyses to leadership.
  • Coordinate with Department Directors, Grant Writer, and Finance staff to plan funding needs.
  • Maintain grant records and prepare proposals in alignment with agency requirements.
  • Serve as liaison with funding agencies and contractors.
