Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Contract Management Professional to lead subcontract administration for U.S. Government prime contracts.

You will analyze proposals, conduct cost and price analyses, and negotiate subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements while ensuring CPSR compliance. You will oversee procurement file documentation and the Small Business Program, with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required by DoD contract.
• Interim clearance approval (NBIS).
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of subcontract administration experience for a Federal Government Contractor.
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions for subcontracts, teaming agreements and NDAs.
• Knowledge of CPSR process.
• Experience developing compliant procurement file documentation per CPSR.
• Knowledge of Small Business Subcontracting Plan administration and reporting.
• Experience interpreting FAR/DFARS clauses.
• Experience performing cost and price analyses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze subcontractor proposals including change orders.
• Conduct cost analyses and price analyses.
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Administer subcontracts and maintain compliant procurement file documentation, CPSR oversight.
• Administer Humana Government Business Small Business Program.
