Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Contract Management Professional to oversee subcontract administration under U.S. Government contracts.

You will prepare RFPs, interpret FAR/DFARS, and negotiate subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements while ensuring CPSR-compliant procurement documentation. Responsibilities include analyzing subcontractor proposals, conducting cost and price analyses, and managing CPSR processes and Small Business program administration. U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for Department of Defense contracts.
• Interim NBIS security clearance is required.
• Not eligible to hire in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of subcontract administration experience for a federal government contractor.
• Experience negotiating terms & conditions for complex subcontracts, teaming agreements and NDAs.
• Knowledge of CPSR requirements and procurement file documentation.
• Experience interpreting FAR/DFARS clauses and performing cost/price analyses.
• Experience with CPSR process and small business subcontracting reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze subcontractor proposals including change order proposals.
• Conduct cost analyses and price analyses.
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Administer subcontracts and maintain compliant procurement file documentation.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and CPSR compliance.
• Administer Humana Government Business Small Business Program.
