Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Senior Events Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end planning and delivery of a diverse events portfolio within the global B2B events program. The role covers exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, client events, and executive hospitality, with travel both domestically and internationally.

Reporting to the Events Marketing Manager, you will manage budgets, suppliers, and cross-functional collaboration, while mentoring juniors and supporting senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience planning B2B exhibitions, conferences and proprietary events, including international events.
• Proven ability to own events end-to-end: budgets, suppliers, logistics and on-site delivery.
• Experience with Tier 1 events, sponsorship activation and executive engagements.
• Strong knowledge of event and project platforms (Cvent, Monday.com, Eventbrite) plus Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent organization, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of how events drive demand gen and ABM to create pipeline.
• Experience in the assessment, education, or professional certification industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and deliver a portfolio of events end-to-end, including logistics, branding, content and stakeholder management.
• Provide senior support on Tier 1 events: sponsorship activation, booths, speaker programs, and executive hospitality.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, warehousing, shipping, and return logistics.
• Provide on-site leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams during events.
