Job summary

PSI Services is hiring a Senior Events Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of a broad portfolio of events within its global B2B events program. The role requires managing exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, client events, and networking receptions across multiple programs and regions.

You will own events from planning through delivery and post-event reporting, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and suppliers, and providing on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Education to Bachelor's degree level in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Substantial experience planning and delivering B2B exhibitions, conferences, and proprietary events, including international events.
• Proven ability to own events end-to-end independently, including budgets, suppliers, logistics, and on-site delivery.
• Experience supporting large-scale or Tier 1 events, including sponsorship activation and executive engagements.
• Strong working knowledge of event and project management platforms such as Cvent, Monday.com, Eventbrite, Salesforce and HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and deliver a delegated portfolio of events end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, branding, booth production, and stakeholder management.
• Provide senior support on Tier 1 events, including sponsorship activation, exhibition builds, speaker programs, and executive hospitality.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including assets, warehousing, shipping, and return logistics.
• Deliver post-event reporting, ROI analysis, surveys, and operational metrics for assigned events.
