Job summary

PSI Services is looking for a Senior Events Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end planning for a global B2B events program, spanning seven business lines and 160+ annual events. The role combines strategy, logistics, and sponsorship activation across domestic and international markets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and product teams, own budgets, and mentor junior staff while travel and flexible hours are required to support an active events calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Extensive experience planning and delivering B2B exhibitions, conferences, and events.
• Proven ability to own events end-to-end—budgets, suppliers and on-site delivery.
• Experience with Tier 1 events, sponsorship activation, and executive engagements.
• Strong knowledge of event platforms such as Cvent, Monday.com, Eventbrite, Salesforce, and HubSpot.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in education or certification industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a delegated portfolio of events end-to-end, including logistics and branding.
• Provide senior support on Tier 1 events, including sponsorships and executive hospitality.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics and on-site leadership.
• Manage budgets and supplier relationships across exhibitors, venues, and services.
• Deliver post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
