Job summary

PSI Services seeks a Senior Events Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of a delegated portfolio of events within the PSI global B2B events program. You will manage exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, client events, and networking receptions, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

The role requires budgeting, supplier management, on-site leadership, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to align event objectives and drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver a delegated portfolio of events end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, branding, booth production, content coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Provide senior support on Tier 1 events, including sponsorship activation, exhibition builds, meeting rooms, speaker programs, product demonstrations, and executive hospitality.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including exhibition assets, warehousing, shipping, and return logistics.
• Provide on-site leadership at assigned events, coordinating cross-functional colleagues, schedules, and VIP functions.
