Job summary

Belltower Fund Group in the United States is seeking a Fund Migrations Senior Associate to oversee onboarding and migration of funds to the AngelList platform. You will manage end-to-end transitions from incumbent administrators, validating data and setting up operations.

You will work with fund leads, clients, and external partners, guiding multiple migrations, mentoring offshore specialists, and driving improvements through automation and AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting, fund administration, or related financial services.
• Experience with complex client implementations and multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures (PE/VC/digital assets).
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication.
• CPA license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fund migrations to AngelList platform.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent migration engagements and milestones.
• Validate migrated data: investor accounts, GL, portfolios, waterfalls.
• Engage clients and external parties; provide regular updates.
• Mentor offshore migration specialists; provide coaching.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline onboarding.
• Ensure migrations finish on schedule with minimal disruption.
• Explore AI-driven process improvements.
