Job summary

Belltower Fund Group is seeking a Fund Migrations Senior Associate to oversee onboarding and migration of funds to the AngelList platform. You will execute transitions from incumbent administrators, validate data, set up operations, and coordinate with fund leads and external parties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, fund accounting, investment operations, or a related financial services environment.
• Experience supporting alternative investment funds or large-scale client implementations.
• Knowledge of private equity, venture capital, and/or digital asset funds with ASC 946 understanding.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with clients and senior leadership.
• An instinct to question processes and use AI/automation to build better ones.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end fund migrations to the AngelList platform.
• Lead multiple concurrent migration engagements with project plans and milestones.
• Review migrated data for accuracy across investor capital accounts, GL balances, portfolios, and waterfall calculations.
• Collaborate with clients and external stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
• Mentor offshore migration specialists with technical guidance and performance coaching.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Ensure migrations complete on schedule with high accuracy and minimal disruption.
• Look for AI/automation opportunities to improve existing processes.
