Qualifications

• Requires strong background in software development and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with independent research to support resolution of complex questions.
• Advanced MS Office experience, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users, IT and leadership to document requirements in an ALM tool.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
• Perform analysis of user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and formal specifications.
• Work with customers, team members, stakeholders, and contractors to document requirements.
• Elaborate user stories, backlog items and acceptance criteria; use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect tracking.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on solutions and manage project requirements.
• Own change control, develop Change Requests, and maintain traceability across requirements and test cases.
