Job summary

WeShare is seeking a Full Stack Marketing Engineer to design, build, and maintain full‑stack applications that power our digital acquisition, analytics, and customer engagement initiatives.

The role blends engineering with marketing system knowledge, requiring collaboration with Brand, Product, and Analytics teams, API development, data pipelines, and performance testing. Location flexibility offered with remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience as a full stack engineer or software developer.
• Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (Ionic, Vue, or similar) and back-end technologies (Python, Node.js, or C++).
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and building scalable APIs.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (Marketing Cloud and Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of web analytics, tracking, and Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications that support marketing initiatives, including landing pages, internal tools, integrations, and automation workflows.
• Partner closely with Brand, Product, and Analytics teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize APIs, data pipelines, and integrations across marketing platforms (CMS, Salesforce, marketing automation, analytics tools, ad platforms, etc.).
• Build high-performance, responsive web experiences that support acquisition campaigns and A/B/multi-variate testing.
• Implement tracking, tagging, and data collection frameworks to ensure accurate measurement across digital channels.
• Own technical QA for marketing launches, ensuring reliability, scalability, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to rapidly prototype and iterate on new ideas.
• Maintain and improve internal dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations used by the marketing team.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, documentation, security, and performance.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools that can enhance marketing efficiency, automation, and personalization.
