Ladders is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a leader in Technical Services. This remote role emphasizes modern web architectures, secure and scalable delivery, and integrating AI capabilities into customer solutions.

You will lead system design, shape development standards, and drive processes that improve quality, maintainability, and delivery speed while collaborating across teams and client environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience required.
• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills.
• Proficient with React and Next.js.
• Experience with Prisma, Drizzle, and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production.
• Experience with external API integrations and patterns.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research, prototype, and introduce new technologies for green-field products.
• Lead system design decisions and document tradeoffs.
• Serve as primary contributor for a green-field product and ensure code maintainability.
• Improve team processes for scalable delivery and quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure APIs and UIs.
• Manage API lifecycle including versioning and performance.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement fixes.
