Ladders is seeking a Sr Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. You will design and deliver scalable digital capabilities, work across the stack with TypeScript, React, and Go, and partner with platform teams to shape shared services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience including ownership of production systems at scale.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and React with strong backend experience in Go.
• Deep understanding of system design, API architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Proven success in a DevOps/self-service environment with product teams owning their infrastructure.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of full-stack systems using TypeScript, React, and Go.
• Own complex enterprise application development initiatives and integrations.
• Drive adoption of self-service platform capabilities and establish team standards.
