Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior, self-driven full stack developer to own meaningful platform features end-to-end with minimal oversight. The role combines Angular front-end with Java/Spring Boot back-end in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (modern versions) and TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of REST API design, relational databases, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features across an Angular front-end and Java/Spring Boot back-end.
• Own features end-to-end — requirements through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work directly with data sources (REST APIs, XML/JSON configs, logs) to build production-grade tooling.
• Collaborate with network engineering, DevOps, and product stakeholders to translate needs into software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and observability.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues independently.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the team's technical bar.
• Document architecture decisions for a distributed team.
