Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Full Stack Clinical Platform Engineer to design, implement, and operate production-grade Generative AI and ML solutions for Global Development. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering and applied AI, partnering with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Regulatory, and IT to build modern data platforms and AI-enabled pipelines in regulated life sciences environments.

Remote role with W2 and corp-to-corp options.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science, biomedical informatics, statistics, or related field.
• MS with 6+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate clinical problems into AI solutions from framing to production deployment.
• Design and implement MLOps pipelines to deploy and monitor LLMs in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy and fine-tune Generative AI models.
• Develop scalable data and ML pipelines for ingestion, preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Evaluate AI tools and frameworks balancing compliance, performance, and cost.
• Maintain pipelines for structured and unstructured clinical data with data integrity and traceability.
• Increase data interoperability across Global Development systems.
• Implement automated quality monitoring aligned with Medical Monitoring Plans.
• Ensure HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and contribute to data governance.
