Eliassen Group seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer for a remote, permanent position in the U.S. enterprise services team focused on sustaining and modernizing critical applications.

The role spans production support, project delivery, modernization, and R&D, with AI-assisted tooling such as Claude, GPT, GitHub Copilot, and Amazon Kiro to accelerate development. The candidate will own the full SDLC, collaborate across product owners and architects, and drive impact through performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience building scalable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Own the full SDLC from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
• Participate in rotation across production support, strategic project delivery, platform modernization, and R&D or innovation.
• Analyze and modernize legacy applications to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and system analysis.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, technical debt, and stability concerns.
• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Partner with nearshore teams to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical standards, and engineering best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve developer productivity and business outcomes.
