Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for the AI Platform & Agents group to design and ship full-stack systems, AI agents, and platform components.

You will enable rapid GenAI agent development, validation, and deployment across core products in healthcare, legal, tax, and compliance sectors. The role supports a remote-first, hybrid-friendly setup with 9–11 AM CST overlap; candidates within commuting distance may be hybrid with two onsite days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development with cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Expert in AI Agent development and evaluation.
• Backend development.
• Frontend development.
• CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Quality engineering / testing strategy.
• Secure SDLC and privacy by design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components for rapid GenAI development, validation, and deployment.
• Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability for safe, fast iteration with telemetry.
• Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices (threat modeling, least privilege).
• Collaborate with product, UX, and domain experts to deliver customer-focused solutions.
