Teleport is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Strategic Finance team and expand FP&A coverage across the business. You will own corporate FP&A, manage the three-statement model, and partner with Customer Success and G&A leaders to inform GTM planning.

You will stress-test assumptions, support equity plan forecasting, and help implement FP&A tools, delivering board-ready updates and driving improvements in forecasting accuracy within a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in FP&A and 2+ years owning P&L forecasting and executive reporting at a growth-stage SaaS company.
• 3-statement financial planning including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
• SaaS GTM motion showing how pipeline, bookings, and ARR connect.
• Pricing and margin analysis modeling pricing/packaging effects on bookings, gross margin, and unit economics.
• Lead-to-cash process covering billing, collections, revenue recognition to ARR and cash forecasts.
• CFA charterholder, investment banking, VC, PE, or Big 4 audit experience is a plus but not required.
• Deep SaaS metrics knowledge (CAC payback, burn, magic number, Rule of 40, retention).
• Advanced financial modeling in Google Sheets and Excel; driver-based models with traceable assumptions.
• Hands-on data pulling from ERP/CRM/planning tools and using AI tools to speed up finance work.

Responsabilités

• Corporate FP&A: Own three-statement consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Monthly close: Review close with Accounting to ensure numbers tie out and tell the story.
• Business partnering: Finance partner to Customer Success and G&A for planning and spend tracking.
• Board/investor reporting: Create board decks, investor updates, and leadership deliverables.
• Equity plan forecasting: Forecast equity plan usage and dilution.
• Corporate valuation support: Assist with valuation inputs and analyses.
• Team coverage: Provide backup across FP&A workstreams to avoid single points of failure.
• Tools/process improvement: Implement and optimize FP&A/AI tools and automate workflows.
• Executive partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership as trusted finance voice.
