Job summary

Ethos is a remote-friendly expert network platform seeking experienced group FP&A managers to train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for monthly reviews, variance analyses, and board materials, ensuring high-quality deck storytelling.

The role is fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours weekly, starting ASAP, and pays $80/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (MBR decks, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, board finance packages, long-range plans, KPI slides)
• Support PMO and leadership with presentation quality and storytelling for executive audiences
