Job summary

Ethos is seeking Heads of Financial Planning and Analysis with 5+ years of ownership in budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft monthly business reviews, board packages, and KPI dashboard slides with expert PowerPoint craftsmanship.

Role offers fully remote work, flexible 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired), and an ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting processes.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of monthly business review decks, board finance packages, and KPI slides.
