Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a premier AI lab to hire FP&A managers who can train AI-generated financial presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on owning budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to craft and refine monthly decks, variance exhibits, board packages, and KPI slides for AI-enabled workflows.

The position is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $80 per hour, with potential for more hours if desired.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship; strong written communication.
• Proven ability to create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Produce monthly business review decks and budget/forecast presentations.
• Develop variance analysis exhibits and board finance packages.
• Prepare long-range plan decks and KPI dashboard slides.
