Job summary

IEM is seeking a senior FP&A professional to provide financial support to the Field Service organization, including monthly P&L, variance analysis, and KPI development. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of finance experience in manufacturing and a strong analytical skill set.

Remote US role with collaboration across departments to drive accurate forecasts, budgets, and capital planning. Strong Excel, BI, and ERP acumen is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in progressively more responsible roles.
• Experience in finance or accounting in data-heavy roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for the Field Service organization.
• Prepare monthly reporting with trends and recommendations.
• Analyze KPIs and advise on forecast accuracy and budget alignment.
• Collaborate with departments to gather data, ensure consistency, and develop forecasts.
• Support capital expenditure planning and resource allocation for projects.
