Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) is seeking a senior FP&A professional to deliver financial support to our Field Service organization. You will prepare monthly P&L statements, analyze trends, and explain variances against budget or forecast, while developing KPIs and conducting capital investment analyses.

The role requires 5–7 years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with manufacturing or field equipment commissioning is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant finance experience; data-heavy environment preferred.
• Experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver financial support to the Field Service organization, including P&L preparation.
• Analyze trends, variances versus budget/forecast, and develop KPIs.
• Prepare monthly reporting and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate to gather data, ensure consistency, and build forecasts and budgets.
• Support capital investments analysis and long-term financial planning.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
