Siemens in the United States seeks a Senior Business and Financial Professional to manage financial oversight across our manufacturing network. You will partner with the Head of Finance and Ops leaders to ensure accuracy of books, budgeting, KPI tracking, and strategic initiatives.

Remote work is possible; location preference is Peachtree Corners, GA or US plant locations. You will drive performance governance, deliver insightful analytics, and present recommendations to executive stakeholders

Formación

• BS in Accounting or Finance with minimum 8–12 years in finance, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge and experience with digitalization/automation tools like Tableau, Snowflake
• Excellent networking, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance controlling, governance, and financial oversight for key operational and corporate initiatives
• Own P&L structure, forecasting and budgeting processes
• Deliver reporting, transparency and commentary; develop analytics and dashboards
• Partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate performance and drive corrective actions
• Develop executive-level management presentations and decision proposals
• Advance reporting, analytics, and BI tools to improve accuracy and productivity
• Provide backup support across the EP NA Finance Operations Governance and Performance Controlling organization
