IEM is seeking a finance professional to support Field Service with budgeting, forecasting, and analytics, delivering monthly reports and partnering across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive roles in finance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for Field Service.
• Prepare monthly reporting, collaborate with departments, and ensure data consistency.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and support ad-hoc analyses for capital projects and pricing.

Job description

• Provide financial support to the Field Service organization, including monthly P&L statements and variance analysis.
• Develop KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and capital investment analyses.
• Ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of finance experience and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for Field Service.
• Prepare monthly reporting, collaborate with departments, and ensure data consistency.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and support ad-hoc analyses for capital projects and pricing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 10+ years of progressive roles.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning software; Prophix and Tableau are a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; willingness to travel for commissioning.
