Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) in Jacksonville (Remote) seeks an experienced FP&A professional to deliver financial support for the Field Service organization. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI development, modeling, and capital planning with cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset. Manufacturing or field-asset commissioning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years experience in progressively more responsible roles
• Experience working in Finance or Accounting in data heavy roles

Responsabilités

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for FP&A
• Prepare and distribute monthly reporting with trends and recommendations
• Improve forecasting accuracy using business insights
• Collaborate with departments to gather data and develop forecasts and budgets
• Assist long-term financial plans including capital expenditure planning
• Support budget construction for next financial cycle
• Analyze performance against KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
• Coordinate with Accounting and Field Service for data consistency
