Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a highly analytical Director of Finance & Strategy to partner with the VP of Finance and Strategy. You will build financial models, analyze performance, and support strategic decisions for a fast-growing manufacturing business.

The role requires strong Excel/modeling skills, 5+ years of FP&A/ corporate finance experience, and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent rigorous analytical role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and how decisions affect revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash flow and working capital.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills, including pivot tables, scenario analyses, and building models from scratch.
• Ability to handle large, complex data sets and ambiguous questions independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, long-range planning, and ad-hoc decisions.
• Analyze historical and projected performance across revenue, gross margin, expenses, working capital, and EBITDA to identify key drivers.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks, opportunities, and trade-offs in business decisions.
• Support monthly reporting, leadership reviews, and board materials with clear, well-supported analysis.
• Partner with operations and commercial leaders to evaluate performance, capacity, productivity, and costs.
• Own end-to-end analyses from problem definition to executive recommendations with limited direction.
