IEM is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to deliver financial support to our Field Service organization. This role centers on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI development for a manufacturing context.

You will prepare monthly P&L statements, perform ad hoc analyses, and collaborate with accounting and site teams to improve forecast accuracy and capital planning. The position requires 10+ years of finance experience, strong analytical abilities, and travel to commissioning

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in progressively more responsible roles.
• Experience in data-heavy finance roles; manufacturing or site commissioning experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for the Field Service organization.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements, distribute reports, highlight trends, and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Field Service to ensure data consistency and accurate forecasts/budgets.
• Assist in long-term financial planning, including capital expenditure and site startup cost analyses.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support various business initiatives.
