Job summary

The Senior Financial Analyst at Ladders will own core forecasting and budgeting, partnering with Accounting and HR to keep plans current and actionable. You will focus on variance analysis, headcount tracking, and cloud spend monitoring, delivering clear reporting to leadership.

You'll help streamline finance workflows through AI and automation and support data and reporting needs for the team, all from a remote US-based location.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role with full budget cycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Experience with enterprise planning tools like Pigment and accounting systems such as NetSuite.
• Familiarity with cloud cost concepts and the ability to interpret technical reports.
• Interest in AI and automation to enhance finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the core services forecast each cycle, ensuring accuracy and documentation of changes.
• Assemble monthly budget updates, highlighting variances and key drivers for leadership discussions.
• Collaborate with Accounting during monthly close to ensure accurate actuals and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date headcount tracking, coordinating with HR and hiring managers.
• Monitor vendor and cloud spending, analyzing POs and renewals for anomalies.
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline finance processes.
• Support core services teams by addressing data and reporting inquiries.
