Gladly is hiring for a finance-focused role on a small, high-impact FP&A team. You’ll own the operating expense plan, partner with Marketing and Product & Engineering, and shape planning processes as Gladly scales with AI. You’ll report to the Director of FP&A and collaborate with the FP&A Manager and senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or related analytical role.
• Hands-on ownership of operating expense budgets and budget vs. actuals processes.
• Strong Google Sheets/structured modeling skills and ability to build models from scratch.
• Solid understanding of the three financial statements and operating expense flows through P&L.
• Experience partnering with non-finance budget owners and providing pushback when needed.
• Bias for speed with good judgment and ability to work autonomously.

Aufgaben

• Own the operating expense plan end to end from departments to software and consulting spend.
• Review budget vs. actuals with leaders and explain movements for smarter spending.
• Build forecasting models, processes, and planning systems to speed and sharpen forecasts.
• Use AI to automate repetitive tasks and connect systems for insight-focused work.
• Define metrics for spend efficiency and shape forecast expectations.
• Provide opex and headcount insights for annual planning, reforecasts, and leadership/board reporting.
