Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst based in the United States for a fully remote role. You will drive financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across global teams, partnering with Sales, Strategy, and Finance to align objectives with profitability.

The role requires 5–8 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance function.
• MBA/MSF or related postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for modeling and forecasting.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for senior stakeholder presentations.
• Experience partnering with leaders in a global organization to support decisions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through analysis and reporting.
• Ability to interpret large data sets from multiple sources.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support growth and efficiency.
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting with global Finance teams.
• Analyze results, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improve profitability.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Client Services, Strategy on pricing and invoices.
• Support implementation of global finance systems with controls and policies.
• Manage biannual sales incentive program calculations and administration.
• Present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance and professional conduct; uphold ethics.
