Job summary

Johnson Health Tech North America is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to drive internal controls and cash flow optimization across retail, wholesale and ecommerce channels. This role reports to the Finance Department in Wisconsin and supervises Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in accounting and 2+ years in leadership, with strong SAP, BW and Adaptive Insights skills to ensure compliant, timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 7 years progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience managing internal controls development and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong system skills with SAP, BW and Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Ability to learn AI-assisted tools for reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Implement, document and maintain internal controls.
• Review and implement new financial policies per IFRS/GAAP.
• Assist with month end close process.
• Facilitate financial improvement processes.
• Support audits, tax and quarterly reviews.
• Intercompany reconciliation with HQ and JHTNA.
• Assist with new retail store openings and merchant IDs.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in financial statements.
• Monthly reconciliation of GL accounts.
