Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an FP&A leader to support a team and product portfolio, providing decision support, financial analysis, and strong controls. You’ll act as trusted advisor to brand management and influence business plans and investments.

Collaborate across functions to shape forecasts, budgets, and profitability. Qualified candidates have 7+ years of related experience, a finance or accounting degree, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of directly related FP&A experience in a business environment.
• Strong ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience delivering monthly/year-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brand management to prepare budgets and forecasts aligned to sales, share and profit targets.
• Perform monthly and ad hoc financial statement analysis and scenario modeling.
• Ensure accuracy of monthly and year-end financial statements and provide ROI analyses.
