Job summary

Johnson Health Tech is seeking an experienced accounting supervisor to provide leadership for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, treasury and reporting functions. You will oversee month-end close, internal controls, policy implementation and intercompany reconciliations.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, process improvement, and collaboration with auditors and tax professionals, in a fast-growing global company. On-site in Wisconsin with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, VBA, Macros).
• Strong system skills with SAP, BW and Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Clear problem solving and organizational skills; able to communicate financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement, document and maintain internal controls.
• Review and implement new financial policies in accordance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Assist with month end close process and treasury functions.
• Oversee intercompany account reconciliation and AP/AR supervision.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in financial statements; liaise with auditors and tax preparers.
