Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Solution Engineer based in the United States to lead complex customer deployments. You will translate strategic objectives into reliable architectures, featuring Kubernetes, cloud-native apps, edge environments, and AI workflows.

You will design, deploy, and troubleshoot scalable systems, automate deployments, and guide customers from discovery through operational handoff. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related tech field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in software/platform engineering or customer-facing tech roles.
• Production experience deploying Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native apps.
• Strong Linux and distributed-systems fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Go or Python with production-grade code.
• Experience with IaC and configuration automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD or GitOps workflows.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes security and multi-tenancy.
• Experience with public clouds and/or datacenter deployments.
• GPU-enabled infrastructure and AI data workflows familiarity.
• Excellent communication for technical decisions and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into deployable architectures.
• Design and deploy Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native apps across diverse environments.
• Build automation and tooling to support repeatable deployments and operations.
• Guide customer implementations from discovery to production readiness and handoff.
• Collaborate across teams to align deployment strategy with product goals.
• Address security, tenancy, and access controls in deployments.
• Document architectures and operational procedures for customer independence.
• Travel onsite for key milestones when required.
