Job summary

Spectro Cloud is seeking a Sr. Forward Deployed Solution Engineer to bridge architecture and hands‑on deployment across Kubernetes, cloud, edge, and GPU ecosystems.

You will automate deployments, troubleshoot production clusters, and guide customers to scalable, production‑ready solutions. You will work with Palette / PaletteAI and related tech to design, implement, and operate mission‑critical workloads, while communicating risks and tradeoffs to both technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Production‑level Kubernetes deployments and cloud‑native apps.
• Strong Linux, distributed systems fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Go or Python and production‑quality code.
• Hands‑on IaC and automation with Terraform/Ansible/Cluster API/Helm/Kustomize.
• Experience with CI/CD or GitOps (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, Flux).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes security, multi‑tenancy, RBAC, namespaces, network policy, quotas, and secrets.
• Experience in at least one public cloud and a datacenter deployment model (bare metal, VMware, etc).
• GPU‑enabled infrastructure knowledge and NVIDIA software ecosystem familiarity.
• Understanding AI model lifecycle from data to deployment and monitoring.
• Strong networking fundamentals and high‑speed networking concepts.
• Ability to articulate architecture, tradeoffs, risks to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to onsite with customers for discovery and deployment milestones.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer outcomes into deployable architectures and automate deployments.
• Guide deployments from initial working capability to production readiness and adoption.
• Collaborate across Palette / PaletteAI, Kubernetes, cloud, edge, and GPU systems to deliver outcomes.
