Job summary

Morpho is seeking a senior Enterprise Accounts lead to bring Morpho-powered earn and borrow to Neobanks, fintechs and exchanges. You own the full cycle from prospecting to go-live and ramp, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to close complex GTM deals.

In this role you will map accounts, engage decision-makers, structure deals, and ensure smooth onboarding. Travel onsite for deals when needed and drive a repeatable pipeline of new-logo distribution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience closing large integrations or GTM deals.
• Strong cross-team coordination across Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk.
• Proven ability to navigate large, complex orgs and earn trust.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of key accounts and top executive sponsorship.
• Coordinate across Solutions, Product, Legal and Risk to move deals.
• Close end-to-end: requirements, structuring, negotiation, onboarding; travel for deals.
• Land and ramp accounts to Growth; hand over where appropriate.
• Advise product/partnerships teams on onchain lending needs.
