Job summary

Morpho is hiring a Solution Architect to join the Integration Team in New York. You will design and launch robust integrations with exchanges, custodians, wallets, fintechs, and asset managers, bridging partner teams with Morpho's engineering and product groups.

The role requires deep DeFi knowledge, strong architecture skills, and a hands-on profile with Solidity experience along with the ability to own projects end-to-end across multiple teams and time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of complex systems.
• Significant experience working with external partners (solutions architecture or integration engineering).
• Significant DeFi experience with understanding of lending/borrowing mechanisms.
• Strong architecture skills spanning smart contracts, APIs/SDKs, custody/wallet infra, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape partner solutions with Business Development, translating needs into technical approaches and success criteria.
• Design end-to-end architectures with partners across APIs, smart contracts, and custody, aligning with Morpho's stack.
• Lead architecture workshops to align user journeys, liquidity strategies, and go-to-market with partners.
• Produce specs, integration playbooks, and diagrams; coordinate across internal teams to unblock launches.
• Scale learnings into better product, tooling, and documentation; contribute to reference architectures.
• Stay ahead of DeFi infrastructure, Ethereum, and regulatory developments; communicate clearly across teams and time zones.
