Job summary

Consistent Performance is seeking an experienced Closer / Sales Consultant to join our 100% remote team and consistently convert qualified inbound B2B leads into clients through strong closing conversations and effective objection handling.

You will collaborate with our setting team, review calls, and contribute to process improvements, with opportunities for upsell and renewals across an international client base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B consulting, coaching, or the agency space.
• Business-fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to follow scripts precisely when required.
• A true A-player sales professional who is willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• You run structured closing calls with pre-qualified inbound B2B leads.
• You convert leads into customers through clear communication, smart questioning, and effective objection handling.
• You work closely with our setting team, review calls and sales processes, and proactively contribute to continuous improvement.
• Over time, you also manage upsell and renewal conversations with existing clients.
