Job summary

Lateam Partners is seeking a Senior Sales Closer for a fully remote role (Latin America) to convert warm inbound leads into funded financing deals. The candidate will discuss business goals, recommend appropriate financing products, and guide clients from first contact to funded closure, working with the CEO and operations teams.

Requirements include 5+ years in lending or finance, a proven phone-closing record, and strong English (bilingual) proficiency.

About the opportunity

Our client is a U.S. commercial financing broker that connects small and mid-sized businesses with the working capital they need. Their products range from business loans to equipment financing, with deal sizes from $5,000 to $5 million. They’re hiring a Senior Sales Closer to turn warm, inbound leads into closed deals.

The role

You’ll speak with business owners who have already asked about financing. You’ll understand their goals, recommend the right product, and guide them from first call to funded deal. This isn’t cold calling. Every lead is already interested, so your job is to be the trusted advisor who closes.

What you’ll do

• Run consultative calls with business owners to understand their capital needs and goals

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in the lending or financial industry, working directly with lenders (not just adjacent sales)
• A proven track record of closing deals over the phone
• Experience working warm, inbound leads
• Strong objection handling and confidence in commercial conversations
• CRM experience
• Advanced/bilingual English, spoken and written

What’s offered

• Base salary of USD 2,000-2,500/month, plus 10-15% commission on net revenue per closed deal
• 21 days of PTO
• Fully remote
• Reports directly to the CEO
